If you haven't noticed.

Koreans are taking over the country.

It's been 2367475856794732749234662354 times I've heard a Korean song playing. May it be on the radio, TV, grocery and shit like that. I really have nothing against Koreans or other Asian countries, in fact I used to be one of those people who adored them.

But like, you can't even hear a single song made by a Filipino on the radio these days. And Black Eyed Peas does not count, or neither Sarah Geronimo's shampoo commercial song.

I just miss those times when I used to hear Imago's "Anino" and I suddenly jump around pretending to be Aia de Leon. Those times where I'd scream on top of my lungs just for Yael Yuzon to hear me in his gig. Those times where I memorized all of Up Dharma Down songs and sing them by heart. And those times, I'd see my brother rocking out on the stage, and dreamt that one day I too will be a Rockstar.

I miss the Pinoy Rock Scene.
